Hattie Mae Nethercutt Everton March 14, 1926 – July 7, 2016 Hattie Mae Nethercutt Everton, 90, of Wilson passed away Thursday. Her funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Daniels Chapel Original FWB Church, 4828 Frank Price Church Road, Wilson. Interment will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday in East Duplin Memorial Gardens, 106 E Main Street, Beulaville. The Rev. Bill Groce will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday 10 a.m. prior to the service at Daniels Chapel Original FWB Church and other times at the home of her daughter, Becky. Hattie is survived by her daughter, Rebekah “Becky” Moore and husband, Tony of the home; her sons, Jeffrey “Jeff” McCoy Everton and wife, Beverly of Cary, Randy Everton and wife, Jo Ann of Lucama, and Tom Everton of Asheville; granddaughters, Sarah Studley, Kathryn Scott, Tessa Everton, and Hannah Everton; her grandsons, Will Everton and Zachary Moore, and her sister, Mayo Quinn of Chinquapin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. James Wilbert Everton; her parents, Tom Nethercutt and Sarah Jane Raynor Nethercutt, and a brother, Kenneth Nethercutt. Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made in Hattie’s memory to the Daniels Chapel Original FWB Church, J.W.E. Auxiliary, 4828 Frank Price Church Road, Wilson, North Carolina 27893.
