Hazelle B. Bissette

Hazelle B. Bissette January 5, 1927 – February 16, 2019 Hazelle B. Bissette, 92 of Wilson passed away Saturday.  A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Evergreen Memorial Park, 2800 Nash Street, Wilson.  The Rev. Johnny Sullivan will officiate. Hazelle is survived by her children, Nancy Strickland of Walstonburg, Judi Etheridge (Clyde) of Wilson, and Jesse Bissette (Jody) of Wilson; grandchildren, Parker Bissette (Melinda), Jessica Bissette Ware (Justin), Jeremey Strickland (Tonya), Joshua Strickland (Jamie), Adrian Bissette (Hillary), Ashley Bissette Wilson (Josh) and Austin Etheridge; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Jessie Lou White of Saratoga and Jean Hamm of Wilson and her brother, Archie Bennett of Kinston. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sherman H. Bissette; son, Rex Bissette; sister, Joyce Baker and son-in-law, Paul Strickland.
