Herman Billy Page March 31, 1957 – April 10, 2016 Herman Billy Page, 59, of Sims passed away Sunday. A memorial service will be conducted 7 p.m. Wednesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home with visitation following. Mr. Page is survived by daughter, Tiffney Page and Gerald Greene of Portsmouth, Virginia; sons, Kenneth Herman Page and Crystal Clewis of Portsmouth, Virginia and Billy Wayne Page of Virginia Beach, Virginia; mother, Frances Robbins Page of Sims; sister, Vickie Page Eckert and husband, Carl of Lawrenceville, Georgia; brother, Michael Page and fiancé, Debra Proctor of Bailey and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Herman Page. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed in memory of Billy to the Durham Ronald McDonald House, 506 Alexander Ave., Durham, NC 27705.
