Hilda Smith Sessoms December 18, 1935 – October 28, 2020 Hilda Smith Sessoms, 84 of Wilson passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2020. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 3, 2020 in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. Rev. Telley Lucas will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:30 – 8 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the residence. Hilda is survived by her daughter, Sarah S. Hughes and husband, Jimmy of Wilson; granddaughter, Erin Harris and husband, Mitch of Wilson; grandson, Spencer Hughes of Wilson; great-granddaughters, Katie Graham and Addie Claire Harris and her sisters, Mary Smith of Wilson; Juanita Hubbard of Cary and Leta Olson of Denver, Colorado. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fairley Sessoms and her son, Charles Gary Sessoms.
