Jack Williams Newsom

Jack Williams Newsome, 73, of Wilson passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2025. A graveside service was held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 4, 2025, in Maplewood Cemetery. Rev. Heather Wong will officiate.

Jack is survived by his brother, Gene Newsome and wife, Martha of Fayetteville; nephew, Scott Thomas Newsome of Rhode Island, and his cousins, Beverly Jones and Gloria Bennett both of Elizabethtown.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Atlas and Roxie Newsome.
