Jacob "Jakie" Eddie Brantley

Jacob “Jakie” Eddie Brantley, 76 of Wilson went to be with the Lord Thursday, June 27, 2024. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson with the family receiving friends immediately following. Pastor Cliff Lewin will officiate. 

Jakie is survived by his wife of fifty-two years, Sandra Brantley; son, Joey Brantley; daughter, Sandi Pierce and husband, Dwayne; granddaughter, Kirsten Pierce, and his grandsons, Ashton Pierce, Caleb Brantley, and Cash Brantley. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Magdeline Brantley; brother, Arnold Brantley, and his sister, Jean Williams. 

In lieu of flowers, consider a memorial in Jakie’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.
