Jacqueline Thompson McKeel August 14, 1927 – December 27, 2020 Jacqueline “Jackie” Thompson McKeel, 93 of Wilson passed away Sunday. Due to Covid 19 a private interment will be held in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The Rev. Michael Crocker will officiate. Jackie was a lifetime faithful member and served her Lord at First FWB Church (Connect). She was retired from Belks. Jackie loved her family and church, and she will be dearly missed. Jackie is survived by her sons, Mike McKeel and wife, Jane of Wilson and Greg McKeel and wife, Cindy of Mayfield, Kentucky; granddaughters, Sara Flood and husband, Lee and Rachel Wellborn and husband, Tyler; grandson, Quinton McKeel and wife, Kaitlyn and her sister, Kay Baltzegar of Wilson. She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-eight years, Mack McKeel; daughter, Donna McKeel; parents, Charlie and Myrtle Carpenter Thompson; sister, Barbara Hare and her brothers, James Thompson and C.A.
