James Edward Bailey, Jr., 77, of Fremont, North Carolina passed away Sunday.  A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 29, 2014 in Maplewood Cemetery, Wilson, North Carolina.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service at Maplewood Cemetery.   James is survived by his sons, Jay Bailey and wife, Lynn of Black Creek and Joe Bailey and wife, Tracy of Alisa Viejo, California; his granddaughter, Kelsey Bailey and his grandsons, Jay-Jay Bailey, Christian Edwards, Justin Scott and Tyler Edwards.   He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jinnie Marie Bailey, his parents, James Edward Bailey, Sr. and Estelle Strickland Bailey Riley and his step-father, Charles Riley.   In lieu of flowers, Mr. Bailey has requested that memorials may be directed to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Association), 5510 Six Forks Road, Suite 107, Raleigh, NC  27615 or www.triangle.jdrf.org.   Condolences may be directed to www.joyners.net.
