James Earl Bryant

James Earl Bryant May 30, 1946 – November 15, 2019 James Earl Bryant, 73, of Bailey passed away Friday. His funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Bailey Town Cemetery, Bailey. Pastor Jeff Westerfield will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday morning from 10 – 10:45 a.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home. Jim served his country with honor and pride with the U.S. Air Force. Jim is survived by his loving wife, Frances W. Bryant of the home; sons, Stephen Bryant and Paul Bryant both of Bailey; grandsons, Casey, Austin and Kevin all of Bailey; granddaughter, Alana of Bailey; sister, Emily Creech and husband, Ed of Bailey and his uncle, Kenneth Bryant and wife, Helen of Georgia. He was preceded in death by his son, James D. Bryant; daughter, Cathy Lynn Bryant; parents, Doyette and Almorine Murray Bryant and his sister, Alma Leigh Bryant.
