James Alton Flowers, Jr. September 29, 1934 – May 22, 2017 James A. “Jack” Flowers, Jr., 82, of Wilson passed away Monday due to heart failure. His memorial service will be held Thursday at 11:00 am in the chapel at Joyner’s Funeral Home. The Pastor Walt Tyndall will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway. Jack is survived by two sons, David Flowers of Wilson and John Flowers and wife, Karen of Hampstead; and two granddaughters, Zoe and Katherine Flowers of Hampstead.
