James "J.P." Perry Lamm

James Perry Lamm June 16, 1939 – November 3, 2015 James Perry “J.P.” Lamm, 76, of Bailey passed away Tuesday. Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Bailey United Methodist Church, 12437 Green Street, Bailey. Interment will follow in Bailey Town Cemetery, Bailey. The family will receive friends 7 – 9 p.m. Thursday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the family home. J.P. is survived by his loving wife of fifty-five years, Betty Lou Patterson Lamm of the home; his daughter, Kim Cone and husband, Mark of Spring Hope; his grandson, Rev. Tyler Cone of Edenton; sister, Connie Boswell; his brothers, Larry Lamm and wife, Brenda, and Vance Lamm and wife, Vicki, and his brother-in-law, Donnie Patterson and wife, Glenda. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Willard and Elmyra Lamm; sister, Patty Lou Lamm, and his brother, F.D. Lamm. Condolences may be directed to www.joyners.net.
