Janice Grey Joyner

Janice Grey Coley Joyner August 5, 1935 – June 3, 2017 Janice Grey Coley Joyner, 81, of Wilson passed away Saturday. Janice was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother who will be missed by all that knew her. Her funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Monday at Joyner’s Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in Evergreen Memorial Park. Rev. William O’Neal and Rev. Angel Padilla will officiate. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the residence. Janice is survived by her husband of 67 years, George M. Joyner: daughter; Janice Renee’ Joyner Moore and husband Scott of Walstonburg; sons; Ricky Lynn Joyner of Lucama, Stanley Mitchell Joyner of Seattle, Washington, Randy D. Joyner and wife Ellen of Elm City, granddaughter; Kimberly Joyner Coleman and husband Stephen , grandsons; Chase Joyner and Garrett Joyner; step-granddaughter, Sarah Moore; step-grandson, Travis Moore and wife, Grayson; great grandson; Keenan Coleman, great grand daughters; Cassie Coleman and Sarah Renae Joyner, sister; Margie Coley Holland of Bailey. Interpreters for the deaf will be provided for the service and visitation. Flowers are welcome or memorials may be directed to Mulligans Fore Kids, P.O. Box 3413, Wilson, NC 27895. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Sallie Hubbard Coley; brothers; Melvin Coley and George Coley, sister; Mary Lou Coley.
