Janie Barnes Pridgen December 11, 1950 – February 8, 2020 Janie Barnes Pridgen, 69 of Wilson passed away Saturday. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Janie is survived by her sons, Brian Dean Pridgen and wife, Michelle of Rock Ridge and Spencer James Pridgen, Jr. of California; grandchildren, Matthew Pridgen, Elizabeth Pridgen, Hope Pridgen and Faith Pridgen and her sisters, Ann Pridgen of Pinehurst and Nolia Rose of Lillington. She was preceded in by her husband, Spencer “Sandy” James Pridgen and her mother, Marie Brantley Rose. Flowers are welcome or memorials may be directed to a charity of one’s choice.
