Jeffery Dedrich
November 21, 1956 – July 14, 2019
Jeff Dedrich, 62, of Elm City passed away peacefully at home Sunday. Jeff loved his family, flying planes as a pilot and served in the U.S. Army with honor and pride. His funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday at Joyner’s Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Elm City. The Rev. Gene Wells will officiate.
The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home.
Jeff is survived by his fiancé, Carla Stutts of Elm City; step-daughter, Ashton Stutts of Wilson; sons, Matthew Dedrich (Athena) of Indiana and John Dedrich; brothers, Steve Dedrich (Denise) of Michigan and Carl Dedrich (Sylvia) of Washington State; sisters, Lori Lamb (Mike) and Gena Mead all of Michigan; step-sisters, Cheri Smith (Bruce) and Debbie Hiscock all of Michigan; grandchildren, Arionna, Bella, Ruby, Jacob, Malachi, and Andrew; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Dedrich and mother, Elaine Hiscock.
