Jewel Clifton Mosley July 6, 1953 – May 2, 2021 Jewel Clifton Mosley, 67 of Wilson passed away Sunday at home surrounded by her loving family and friends. Her funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The Rev. Steve Stevenson will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday evening immediately following her service at Joyner’s Funeral Home. Jewel is survived by her loving husband of forty-eight years, William Richard “Rick” Mosley of the home; son, Will Mosley and wife, Joy of Wilson; granddaughter, Hannah Joy Mosley; grandson, Ben Mosley; sisters, Judy Pittman and husband, Rusty of Elm City and Jo Brinson and husband, Ken of Wilson; brother, Dewey Clifton and wife, Kim of Selma; brothers-in-law, Donnie Nichols of Wilson and Tracy Mosley and wife, Wendy of Wilson and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Laura Lamm Clifton and her sister, Joy Nichols.
