Jimmy Harold Griffin

Jimmy Harold Griffin, 81 of Middlesex passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2024.   Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Friday evening, May 10, 2024, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Rev. Mike Lewis will officiate.  A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Hollywood Cemetery, Middlesex.   Rev. Justin Bass will officiate.

The family will receive friends Friday evening immediately following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Jimmy is survived by his daughter, Donna F. Mozingo and husband, Scott of Zebulon; grandsons, Justin Bass and wife, Mandy of Greenville, and Nicolas Mozingo of Zebulon; great-grandchildren, Landon, Chloe, Mckenna and Elija; sister, Rachael Cozart and husband, Edward of Bailey, and his brother, William “Elmo” Griffin and wife, Janice of Middlesex.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Faye Perry Griffin, and his parents, Carl and Lillian Griffin.
