John Milton James March 26, 1937 – June 7, 2015 John “Johnny” Milton James, 78, of Kenly, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2015 at Wilson Medical Center. His memorial service will be conducted 3:30 p.m. Friday at Joyner’s Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Friday afternoon 2:00 – 3:15 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Johnny graduated the North Carolina School for the Deaf in Morganton in 1956. He worked as a welder in his career and enjoyed his work. Johnny was a proud father, grandfather, brother and friend. Johnny is survived by children; David James and wife, Elaine of Holly Springs, Clifton James and wife, Amy of La Grange, Brad James of New Bern, Ann James Bridgers of Kenly and Joseph James of Goldsboro, and twelve grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Myrtle and Joseph Henry James.
