John Raymond Sturges

John Raymond Sturges March 13, 1949 – July 28, 2018 John Raymond Sturges, 69, of Battleboro passed away Saturday. A celebration of John’s life will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Impact Church of Wilson, 3338 Corbett Avenue, Elm City. The family will receive friends following the service. The Rev. David List will officiate. John is survived by his daughters, Wendy Kiser and husband, Glenn of Waxhaw, Alecia Conlon and husband, Timothy of Waxhaw, and Kimberly Rowland of Indian Land, South Carolina; grandchildren, Zoe Kiser, Caneel Conlon, and Rex Conlon; his brother, Eddie Sturges; niece, Rachel Sturges; his nephew, Justin Sturges, and sister-in-law, Barbara Sturges. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Edna Sturges and his brother, Phillip Sturges.
