Josephine Lamm Best January 7, 1925 – November 20, 2018 Josephine Lamm Best, 93 of Virginia formerly of Lucama, passed Tuesday. Her funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The Rev. Bobby Tyson will officiate. The family will receive friends Friday afternoon from 1 – 1:45 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Josephine is survived by her daughter, Vicki Best Moore and husband, Pat of Carrollton, Virginia; grandson, Eric Moore and wife, Paige of Virginia Beach, Virginia; great-grandson, Nick and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert Best; six sisters and two brothers. Flowers are welcome or memorials in Josephine’s memory may be directed to the charity of one’s choice.
