Joyce Bryant Godwin March 25, 1948 – March 14, 2018 Joyce Bryant Godwin, 69, of Middlesex passed away Wednesday. Her funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Bailey Town Cemetery, Bailey. The Rev. Lonnie Humphry will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1 – 1:45 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home. Joyce is survived by her husband, Jimmy Thomas Godwin, Sr. of the home; her daughters, Cynthia Mayo and husband, Daniel of Bailey, Sherry Watkins and husband, Chris of the home, and Cathy Odwyer of Four Oaks, and fiancé, Curtis Grady; nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; her sister, Judy Seuis and husband, Doug of Roanoke Rapids, and a brother, Chris Bryant of Wilson.
