Judy Hall November 13, 1938 – December 11, 2017 Judy Hall, 79, of Elm City passed away Monday. The family will receive friends Friday beginning at 3 p.m. at the home. The Rev. Rusty Russell will be present. Judy is survived by her husband, Jimmie R. Hall of the home; her daughters, Donna York and husband, Jerry of Belmont, and Kim Hall of Charleston, South Carolina; her sons, Mike Hall and wife, Tracey of Raleigh, and Jeff Hall and wife, Kelly of Wilson, and her granddaughters, Jennifer York of Charlotte, and Jessica Hall of Wilson.
