Julia Mae Gay Burress

Julia Mae Gay Burress December 7, 1939 – July 26, 2015 Julia Mae Gay Burress, 75, of Middlesex passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville after various complicated medical procedures. Her graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday in Evergreen Memorial Park. The pastor Clark Vincent will officiate. The family will receive friends at the home of Julia Burress. Julia was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert Mosley Gay, Sr. and Pauline Owens-Gay; her husband, Bobby Burress and her daughter, Amy Burress-Renfrow. She is survived by her brothers, Herbert Gay, Jr. and William Gay; her grandchildren, Tricia, Jenna, and John Ross Renfrow; and many nieces and nephews.
