Kathy Watson Perry, 63, of Bailey went home Thursday to be with her Lord.  Funeral services will be conducted at 6 p.m. Saturday at Joyner’s Funeral Home.  A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday in Bailey Town Cemetery, Bailey.  The Reverend LaVon Phillips will officiate.

 The family will receive friends Saturday immediately following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home. Kathy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend to all that knew her.  She was co-owner of Watson Food Mart in Bailey.  Kathy was loved and will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Kathy is survived by her husband, Keith “Cooise” Perry of the home; her daughter, Raegan Perry of the home; her grandson, Noah Elijah Perry; her mother, Margaret Creel Watson of Wilson; her sisters, Sandi Watson Turner and Meg Watson Gardner both of Wilson and her niece, Danielle Gardner of Wilmington. She was preceded in death by her father, Russell N. Watson; her brother, Rusty Watson and a special family friend, Tracy Dwayne Deans.
