Kenneth Ray Narron
Kenneth Ray Narron, of Middlesex passed away Friday, June 23, 2017 His funeral service will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. Sunday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at Oak Grove Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Flower Hill Road, Middlesex. The Rev. Ricky Anderson and Rev. Clark Vincent will officiate.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service, Sunday, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.
Kenneth was a military veteran, proudly and honorably serving two years in the U.S. Army (Guided Missile Battalion) in Germany. He was also a federal government retiree with 34 years of service with USDA-FSIS.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, of 55 years, Barbara Narron of the home; son, Mickey Narron (Brenda) of Middlesex.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jodie and Aby Narron; sisters, Arie Boykin, Esker Davis, Grace Anderson, Daisy Wells and Jewel Weaver; brothers, Hoyt Narron, Ransome Narron and Harvey Narron.
