Kevin Ray Walston April 8, 1981 – January 10, 2016 Kevin Ray Walston, 34, of Wilson passed away Sunday. His funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday at Joyner’s Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The Rev. Jeff Davison will officiate, and will be assisted by Ruth Gainey. The family will receive friends 1:00 – 1:45 p.m. Thursday prior to the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Kevin is survived by his daughter, Hayleigh Walston; his sons, Jacob Walston and Dylan Walston; his father, James Walston, Jr., his step-mother, Jackie Walston; maternal grandmother, Pauline Jones; paternal grandparents, Rochelle and James Walston, Sr.; his sisters, Crystal Walston, Ashley Grant, and Taylor Grant; brothers, Chris Grant and Brandon Walston; his fiancé, Crystal Perry and her sons, Zachary and Wyatt Williams; special cousins, Phillip Creel; aunts, Lois Creel and Jeanie Creel and his step-father, Carl “Spanky” Keen.
