Kimberly Yvette Whitley Meier February 21, 1960 – September 18, 2021 Kimberly Yvette Whitley Meier, 61 of Wilson passed away Saturday. Her funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Good News Advent Church, 7000 Holdens Cross Road, Stantonsburg. The Rev. Alex Ellis will officiate. Interment will follow in Whitley Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 – 10:45 a.m. Wednesday prior to the service at Good News Advent Church. Kimberly is survived by her husband, James Meier; daughter, Sara Copeland and husband, BJ Copeland; son, Joshua Meier; granddaughter, Hannah Copeland; mother, Rachel Whitley; brothers, Michael Whitley, and Dickie Whitley and her niece, Sabrina Crews.
