Felicia Marie Thorne December 8, 1958 – September 4, 2019 Felicia “Lisa” Marie Thorne, 60 of Elm City passed away Wednesday.  Her memorial service will be conducted at 6 p.m. Saturday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson.  The Rev. David Allen will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday evening immediately following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home. Felicia is survived by her parents, Kenneth and Janice Marie Jennings Thorne of Elm City and her sister, Rae Starling and husband, Jim of Elm City.
