Lois Bunch Matthews

Lois Bunch Matthews July 16, 1928 – May 11, 2015 Lois Bunch Matthews, 86, of Black Creek went home to be with the Lord on Monday. Her service will be held 7 p.m. Thursday at Joyner’s Funeral Home. A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday in Black Creek Town Cemetery. The Pastor Mike Renfrow and Pastor Derek Matsunaka will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday evening following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home. Lois is survived by her daughters, Candy Minshew and husband, Johnny Vann of Black Creek and Cookie Matsunaka and husband, Derek of Sacramento, California. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Matthews; her sisters, Catherin Weedo and Glanville Newsome and her brothers, Jarrett, Jack and Owen Bunch.
