Lois P. McKenzie May 8, 1952 – January 31, 2021 Lois P. McKenzie, 68 of Sims passed away Sunday. Her funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Union Chapel FWB Church, 10748 Bissette Road, Middlesex. Interment to follow in Hollywood Cemetery, Middlesex. The Rev. Daniel Lancaster will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Lois is survived by her son, Bradley McKenzie and wife, Rebecca; daughter, Karen Chiancone; grandson, Ryan McKenzie and wife, Taylor; granddaughters, Brittany DeVeau and husband, Chris, Kathleen Barlow and husband, Micah, Allison Chiancone, Olivia Chiancone and Sophia Chiancone; three great-grandchildren, Daylen DeVeau, Syntrina DeVeau, and Conner McKenzie; ten brothers and sisters; several nieces and nephews; her best friend and care-giver, Jo Ann Bryant and her aunts and uncles, Bertha Brantley, Clara Stocks, Nora Jordan and husband, Jay, Charles Price, Virginia Williamson and husband, Johnny, Rose Lowery and husband, Todd, James Price and wife, Connie, Lou Hawley, Mary Lucas and husband, Dennis, and Brenda Sanders. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold McKenzie; parents, Maryland and Mable Price, and her brothers, Charles Price and Keith Price.
