Lou Deans Gordon

Lou Deans Gordon June 6, 1933 – December 14, 2016 Lou Deans Gordon, 83, of Wilson passed away peacefully at home on December 14, 2016, with her family by her side. Her funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 17, 2016 at First Christian Church, 207 Tarboro N, Wilson. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson with the Rev. Gary Walling will officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday following the service at the church and other times at the home. Lou is survived by her loving husband of fifty-two years, James Robert Gordon; her daughter, Alice Susan “SuSu” Gordon and husband, Witold Tulodziecki of Atlanta, Georgia; her brother, Phillip Maurice Deans of Houston, Texas; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jefferson Lee Deans and Alice Winbourne Deans, and her siblings, Alice Lee Deans Overman, Marjorite Lorraine Deans, James Leonard Deans, William Barrington Deans, and Robert Everette Deans.
