Lou Aycock Holland January 4, 1925 – April 20, 2021 Lou Aycock Holland, 96 of Maine formerly from Wilson passed away Tuesday. Her funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Maplewood Cemetery, Wilson. Pastors Glenn and Donna Holland will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2 – 2:45 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Lou is survived by her son, Glenn Holland and wife, Donna; grandson, and Keith Holland; granddaughter, Trina Schleif and husband, Greg, and her sister, Ruby Coker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Holland; parents, Gabriel and Myrtie Hales Aycock, and her sisters, Elsie Baker, Hazel Massengil, Lorena Taylor, Bessie Powell, and Deanna Mozingo.
