Louise Mooring Cunningham July 6, 1924 – January 22, 2018 Louise Mooring Cunningham, 93, of Wilson passed away Monday. Her funeral services will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Joyner’s Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The Rev. Charles Gentry will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday evening prior to the service from 6:30 – 7:15 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Louise is survived by her daughter, Jean Cunningham Little of Wilson; her son, Donnie Ray Cunningham and wife, Myra of Wilson; grandchildren, James Barry Cunningham, Jeffrey Todd Cunningham, Lorri Hollingsworth Taylor, Milton Earl Little, Jr. and wife, Anita, Tina Louise Little and Sharon Little Allen and husband, Jimmy, and her great-grandchildren, Megan Cunningham, Addison Cunningham, Ashley Wells, Matthew Wells, Cameron Little, Collin Little, Jessie Mellott, Ariel Mellott, and Joshua Allen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Travis Hugh Cunningham; parents, Arthur and Obelia Blow Mooring; three sisters, and five brothers. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in Louise’s honor to Volunteers in Missions, c/o First United Methodist Church, PO Box 1423, Wilson, North Carolina 27894 or the First Pentecostal Holiness Church, 2000 Ruann Drive, Wilson, North Carolina 27893.
