Louise Schmunk Rech

Louise S. Rech, 97, passed away on Tuesday, October 10.  Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 15, what would have been her 98^th birthday, at 4:00 pm at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.  Chaplain Jim Powell will officiate.

Family will receive family and friends immediately following funeral services at Joyner’s Funeral Home.

Louise was a long-time and faithful member of Winstead United Methodist Church and a skilled seamstress.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and will be missed dearly.

Louise is survived by her sons, Gregory Rech of Conway, S.C., Karl Rech and wife, Arlene of Wilson, David Rech of Knoxville, TN, and Brian Rech of Wilson; grandchildren, Erika Stillman and husband, Steve, Adam Rech and wife, Rachel, Jessica Rech, Justin Rech and wife, Julie, Lauren Burbage and husband George, and Todd Starbuck and wife, Greta; great-grandchildren, Ashley Stillman, Nicholas Stillman, Lawrence Rech, Bella Lucas, Joshua Rech, Jennifer Rech, Josephine Rech, Morgan Burbage, Bradley Burbage, Makenzie Burbage, Paige Starbuck, and Lily Starbuck; special niece, Kathy Dillon of Syracuse, NY; and numerous nephews.

Louise was preceded in death by her loving husband, Carlton Rech and son, Jeffrey Rech.
