 Lucille Barnes Winstead, 79, of Wilson passed away Monday.  Funeral services will be conducted 7 p.m. Thursday at Joyner’s Funeral Home.  A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Friday in Maplewood Cemetery. The Rev. Steve Stephenson and Pastor Leonard Smith will officiate.

 The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5 – 6:45 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway and other times at their homes. Lucille is survived by her daughters, Gail Brewer and husband, Ronny of Wilson and Lisa Hutchinson and husband, Glenn of Wilson; her grandchildren, Shannon Ferguson, Ryan Brewer, Brittany Hutchinson and Brandon Hutchinson; her four great-grandchildren and her sister-in-law, Nettie Mae Barnes of Wilson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Ayers Winstead; her parents, William Telfair and Nannie Williamson Barnes; and her brothers, William Telfair Barnes, Jr. and James Dempsey Barnes.
