Luz Esther Roque Rodriquez December 14, 1935 – June 6, 2018 Luz Esther Roque Rodriquez, 82, of Wilson passed away Wednesday. Her funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Therese Catholic Church, 700 Nash Street, Wilson. Interment will follow in Maplewood Cemetery, Wilson. The Very Reverend Bill John Acosta-Escobar will officiate. Luz is survived by her daughters, Yolanda Roque Craven and husband, William of Wilson, and Aida Rodriquez Roque of Stantonsburg; granddaughters, Rebekah Renee Craven, and Natalie Rose Craven both of Wilson; her sisters, Zaida Santigo Rodriquez of Puerto Rico, and Anna Mercedes Santiago of Connecticut, and her brother, Jose Angel Rodriquez of Puerto Rico. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose Roque; parents, Peter Paul and Anna Maria Rodriquez; two sisters, and three brothers.
