Madalynn Ivey Jones August 7, 2016 Madalynn Ivey Jones was born into the world as a sleeping angel Sunday. Her funeral will be held at 11 a.m. at Evansdale United Methodist Church, 4334 Evansdale Road, Wilson. Interment will follow in Ferrell Family Cemetery, Black Creek. The Pastor Bobby Fletcher will officiate. The family will receive friends at 9 a.m. Saturday morning prior to the service at Evansdale United Methodist Church and other times at the home. Madalynn is survived by her parents, Ethan and Mary Elizabeth Baines Jones of the home; her grandparents, Melissa Brown and fiancé, Lawrence Cox of Wilson, Randy Baines and Kelly of Clayton, and Bobby and Suzi Jones of Wilson; great-grandparents, Roger Brown of Spring Hope, John and Anna Baines of Spring Hope, Leamon and Diane Jones of Black Creek, Teri Staps of Lucama, and Barbara Flores of Darlington, South Carolina; her aunts, Ashley Hardy and husband, Bradley of Nashville, and Randi Nicole Baines of Clayton; step-aunt, Britney Cowan of Clayton; her uncle, Hayden Jones and wife, Christina of Raleigh, and step-uncle, Zachary Cowan of Clayton. She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Ann Brown and great-grandfather, Ivey Earl Flores.
