Mamie Ayers Ezzell

Mamie Ayers Ezzell October 3, 1918 – December 14, 2018 Mamie Ayers Ezzell, 100, of Wilson passed away Friday. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Maplewood Cemetery, Wilson. The Rev. Donnie Price will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home of daughter, Judy Braswell. Mamie is survived by her daughters, Shirley Pittman of Wilson, Donna Ezzell of Wilson and Judy Braswell and husband, Linwood of Black Creek; her son, Kenneth Ezzell of Wilson; thirteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Ezzell, Sr.; her grandchildren, Danny, Sharon and Jimmy; three sisters and three brothers.
