Marion Eugene Jenkins

Marion Eugene Jenkins, 79 of Wilson passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2024. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, August 4, 2024, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Pastor Daniel Taylor will officiate. 

The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 12 – 1:45 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. 

Marion is survived by his grandsons, Austin Whaley, Dylan Jenkins, Cody Jenkins all of Bailey, and Blake Wells of Rocky Mount; special friend, Ellen Flynn of Wilson, several nieces and nephews, and his friend, David Buck McKeel of Black Creek and Jake and Ken of the Wilson Moose Lodge.

 He was preceded in death by his daughter, Wanda Jenkins; parents, Mark and Etheline Jenkins; sister, Mary Lou Johnson, and his brother, Billy Ray Jenkins.
