Mark Thomas Batts January 11, 1972 – November 21, 2019 Mark Thomas Batts, 47, of Elm City passed away Thursday. A graveside service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The Rev. Mark Uzupan will officiate. Mark is survived by his father, Tom Batts of the home; brother, Matt Batts of the home and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Rucker Batts.
