Marshall Paul Mansfield January 27, 1960 - August 6, 2014
Marshall Paul Mansfield, 54, of Stantonsburg, NC formerly of Oil City, PA passed away at his home. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at Joyner`s Funeral Home in Wilson, NC.
Marshall was an employee of Ball Foster for 35 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman frequently returning to the Oil City area. Marshall’s greatest joy was his family and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Marshall was survived by his daughters, Heather Alford and husband, Troy of Sims and Dawn Whitehead and husband, Marc of Asheville; his son Jeremy Mansfield and wife, Hope of Wilson; and step daughter Shannon Goff of Wilson; his sisters, Marilyn Fields of West Palm Beach, FL, Michelle Sampson and husband, Jeffery of Meadville, PA, Martha Bagnato and husband, Barry of Olney, MD and Margaret Wolcott and husband, Mark Loll of Rouseville, PA; his brothers, Michael Mansfield and Emily of Marionville, PA, Mark Mansfield and Jackie, Matthew Mansfield and wife, Julie, and Mitchell Mansfield all of Oil City, PA; his father, Leo F. Mansfield and wife, Betty of Oil City, PA; his granddaughters, Kaytlyn Long of Sims and Ericka Woolwine of Elm City; his grandsons, Ethan and Blake Alford of Sims, Alden and Evan Whitehead of Asheville, and Dillon Davenport of Centrilla, MO; and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
Marshall was preceded in death by his mother Pauline Mansfield, his step-son David Goff and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
