Martha Carter Vick August 27, 1937 – October 27, 2015 Martha Carter Vick, 78, of Wilson passed away Tuesday. The family will receive friends 4 – 7 p.m. Thursday afternoon at the home of her sister, Catherine and Frank Gill. Martha is survived by her sons, Carter Vick and wife, Maria of Wilson, and Fred Vick, Jr. and wife, Kathy; her grandsons, Nathan Vick and Reece Roberts both of Wilson, and Bryson Deanhardt of Durham; her great-granddaughter, Riley Roberts of Wilson, and her sisters, Peggy Houser and husband, Jack of Denver, Colorado and Catherine Gill and husband, Frank of Wilson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Carroll Vick. Flowers are welcome or memorials may be directed to the Wilson County Library, 249 Nash Street West, Wilson, North Carolina 27893.
