Mary G. Beamon December 30, 1922 – January 30, 2015 Mary G. Beamon, 92, of Wilson passed away Friday. Her funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday afternoon at Joyner’s Funeral. Interment will follow in Black Creek Town Cemetery. The Rev. Glen Hill will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday 12 – 1:45 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Mary is survived by her daughter, Brenda Koehler and husband, Sherman of Cape Carteret; her sons, Hubert Lucas and wife, Linda of Wilson, Doug Lucas and wife, Debbie of Wilson and Bruce Beamon and wife, Cammie of Oak Island; her granddaughters, Donna Peed and husband, Wendell, Penny Cobb and husband, David, Cassie Williams and Angela Bongorie; her grandsons, Todd Koehler and wife, Kim, Mark Lucas and Nicholas Beamon; eleven great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; her sisters, Linda Hasting and husband, Charlie of Rocky Mount, Ellen Johnson and husband, Doug of Wilson and Ann Limper and husband, Eddie of Kansas and her brothers, William Goff of Wilson and Mack Goff of Wilson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alzona “Mutt” Beamon; her parents, Monnie and Georgia Woodard Goff; her sister, Doris Carr and her brothers, Floyd Goff and Earl Goff.
