MayBelle Grice Atkinson February 8, 1921 – July 4, 2018 Maybelle Grice Atkinson, 97, of Four Oaks Senior Living, passed away Wednesday. A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at Oak Grove Cemetery, Flower Hill Road, Middlesex. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in Oak Grove Cemetery. Maybelle is survived by her daughters, Brenda Davis of Kenly, Eloise Whitley of Middlesex, Faye Clayton of Wilson, and Louise Jenkins of Bailey; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Atkinson; her parents, Needham and Lissie Johnson Grice; four sisters, and five brothers.
