Michael Quinn Raper, 43, of Wilson passed away Tuesday.   A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Joyner's Funeral Home.   Christopher B. Raper will conduct the service.

The family will receive friends Friday afternoon immediately following the service at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home of Chris and Dianne Raper.

Michael was a loving father, son, brother, and friend to all that knew him.   He will be greatly missed and thought of with warm memories that will never end and will live on in our hearts.   Michael was an avid Green Bay Packers Fan.

Michael is survived by his son, Tyler Quinn Raper of Rocky Mount; his father, Chris Raper of Elm City; his brother, Christopher B. Raper of Greensboro and Michael's   lifelong friend, Charles Michael Cone of Wilson.
