Mildred Doris Barnes Greene Mildred Doris Barnes Greene, 88, of Wilson passed away Thursday. A graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, February 9, 2020 in Evergreen Memorial Park, 2800 Nash Street, Wilson. The Rev. Mark Harrell will officiate. Mildred attended Forest Hills Baptist Church and enjoyed Prime Timers. Mildred is survived by her son, Charles Lamm and wife, Jennifer of Bailey; daughter, Susan Barnes and husband, Wayne of Archdale; granddaughters, Allyson Hooper and husband, Daniel of Meridian, Mississippi, Lauren Barnes Nichols and husband, William of Greensboro and Leslie Barnes of Trinity and fiancé, Dylan Reed; grandson, Barry Barnes and wife, Sheri of Holly Springs; great-granddaughter, Madeline Barnes and great-great-grandson, Charlie Hooper. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Greene; daughter, Sandra Boykin; brothers, Vance Barnes and James Barnes and close family friend, Sherwood Grant.
