Mildred Sikes Lamm

Mildred Sikes Lamm May 5, 1935 – February 5, 2020 Mildred Sikes Lamm, 84 of Wilson passed away Wednesday. Her funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Maplewood Cemetery, Wilson. The Rev. Bill Groce; Pastor Walt Tyndall and Rev. Carrol Bradbury will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon from 1 – 1:45 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home. Mildred is survived by her loving husband of forty-four years, Walter Lamm of the home; grandsons, Thomas Ray Lamm of Nashville and Anthony Bryan Lamm and wife, Gloria of Castalia; great-grandson, Bryan Luke Lamm; daughter-in-law, Barbara W. Lamm of Elm City and a host of several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Danny Ray Lamm; parents, John and Lula Sikes; three sisters and three brothers.
