Nannie Reba (Pittman) Denton

Nannie Reba Pittman Denton May 16, 1930 – June 3, 2017 Nannie Reba Pittman Denton, 87, of Wilson passed away Saturday. Her funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park. The Rev. Jonathan Ange will officiate. The family will receive friends 1:00 – 1:45 Tuesday prior to service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Nannie is survived by her daughter, Sue Ellen Denton of Wilson; sons, Vance Denton and wife, Lynda of Wilson, David Denton and wife, Lora of Lucama and Mark Denton of Wilson; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Denton; son, Edward Denton; sister, Jean Price; brother, Rex Pittman; parents Harvey and Lillian Pittman.
