Norman Carroll Jones February 22, 1958 – September 21, 2017 Norman Carroll Jones, 59, of Bailey passed away Thursday. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Bailey Town Cemetery, Bailey. The Rev. Daniel Taylor will officiate. Norman is survived by his wife, Lois Ann Jones of the home; his daughter, Felicia Mattox and husband, Joe; granddaughters, Makayla Taylor, Jennifer Rogers and husband, Justin, and Elizabeth Taylor; great-granddaughter, Aubrey Owens; his step-daughter, Amy Creech and husband, Ronald; step-granddaughter, Nicole Creech; step-grandson, Josh Creech, and great-grandson, Ayden Creech.
