Paul Nathan Hawkins

Paul Nathan Hawkins March 7, 1927 – February 18, 2018 Paul Nathan Hawkins, 90, of Wilson passed away Sunday. A graveside service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday in Maplewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends 7 – 9 p.m. Wednesday at 112 NE Rountree Street, Wilson. Nathan served his county with honor and pride in the U.S. Navy during WW II. Nathan is survived by his wife, Mary Frances “Frankie” Dixon Hawkins; daughters, Kathie Gros and husband, Ades and Ashley Bruesch and husband, John all of Wilson; granddaughter, Ashley Lamm; grandson, Blake Talton and great-grandson, Dixon Skinner all of Wilson. He was preceded in death by his son, Paul Hawkins and parents, Summerlin Samuel and Hattie Lamm Hawkins.
