Peggy Bass Lamm, 73, of Wilson passed away Monday.  A graveside service will be conducted 1 p.m. Thursday in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The family will receive friends 7 – 9 p.m. Wednesday evening at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway and other times at the home. Peggy is survived by her daughters, Theresa Swain and husband, Bruce of Wilson, Cathy Driver and Dennis Coughlin of Wilson and Connie Morehead and husband, Emmit of Wilson; her son, Marvin Roy Lamm of Wilson; her granddaughter, Samantha Hagans; her grandsons, Joseph, Roland and Trevor Swain; Allen Driver and Gordon Morehead; her eight great-grandchildren; her sisters, Larene Radford of Wilson and Alene Cunningham of Sims and her loving dog, Buster. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall “Tater” Lamm; her parents, Theodore and Martha Baker Bass; her two sisters and three brothers. Condolences may be directed to www.joyners.net.
